Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. By using our services and/or submitting your personal information you declare yourself to be an adult according to applicable legislation. Minors may use our websites and services only with the assistance of a parent or guardian.

When you make an enquiry; or book a speaker or panellist; or request information; or offer your time or services (for instance as a mentor, partner, or sponsor); or are requesting our services or a media interview; or you contact us for another reason for which you require a response; or are responding to a contact or communication from us, we collect and process information necessary for responding to you, assisting you and working with you; such as, your first name and surname; company or organisation name; job title; email address, telephone number and the enquiry. This is permissible under the performance of a contract and legitimate interests legal bases.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect and process the email address you provide and you will receive our newsletters. Our lawful bases for this processing are performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
When you choose to opt into our mailing list, for the receipt of marketing news from us, we will collect and process the email address you provide and you will receive our marketing emails. Our lawful basis for this processing of your data is consent. You can use the link provided in each communication or contact us as described below to opt out of our mailing list at any time and we will remove you from the list within 30 days.
When you choose to register as a candidate for addition to our CV database and create an account, we collect and process your first name and surname; email address; telephone; job title / function or area of expertise; LinkedIn, other profile or career website address; CV; notice period; day rate; and location; to administer and manage your registration. All the information you provide is made available to, and is searchable and downloadable by our registered client companies / employers for the purposes of shortlisting you for their vacancies and contacting you directly as part of their recruitment process. This is permissible under the performance of a contract and legitimate interests legal bases. You can log into your account or contact us to as described below at any time to cancel or withdraw your registration and we will securely delete your data, although we will need to retain a record of your registration for registration management purposes.
When you choose to register as a client company / employer for our services (namely the addition of your vacancies to our jobs database) and for access to our database of candidates’ CVs and create an account, we collect and process your first name and surname; email address; telephone; job title; company website address; company logo; and company address; to administer and manage our provision of these services to you. All the information you provide relating to your vacancies is made available to, and is searchable and downloadable by our registered candidates for the purposes of applying to you for their vacancies. This is permissible under the performance of a contract and legitimate interests legal bases. You can log into your account or contact us to as described below at any time to cancel or withdraw your registration and we will securely delete your data, although we will need to retain a record of your registration for registration management purposes.
How to access your personal data:
If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you, why we are holding it, who it could be disclosed to or would like a copy of the data, please contact us using the contact details as shown below. Please mark as ‘Subject Access Request’. We will respond to your request without delay and within one month.
How do we protect your information?
When you submit our Contact Us form or email us we secure server software (SSL) which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the personal data we collect is stored securely using suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures, security measures and appropriate safeguards to prevent its unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We keep and use your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes and we delete it when those purposes no longer apply.

These are our data capture and mailing list CRM service providers and our payment transactions provider. All our data processors are located in places verified as 'adequate' third countries by the EU and / or where an existing international data transfer instrument exists.
International data transfers:
Your personal data is processed at our operating premises in the UK and in any other places where our data processors are located. This may involve international data transfers depending on your location. The legal basis of data transfers to a country outside the UK is standard contractual clauses and the appropriate security measures are taken by us and the data processors to safeguard your data.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.
